Bold Researcher. Passionate Educator.

Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management .

My research examines how social structures influence the persistence of wrongdoing and social responsibility within and beyond organizations. As a network scholar informed by organizational and institutional theory, I explore how social cohesion emerges from meso-level relationship structures. Empirically, I leverage a combination of big data, longitudinal network analysis, and multivariate regression analyses to explore these issues.

My dissertation, “Network Dynamics of Organized Misconduct,” was recognized as a finalist for the 2022 Organization Science/INFORMS Dissertation Proposal Competition.

As an instructor I have been privileged to teach a wide number of core topics related to management, organizational behavior, strategy, social networks, organizational theory, and business ethics at the undergraduate and MBA levels. I am passionate about creating an inclusive classroom where students are pushed to think outside their comfort zones and grapple with different viewpoints, while feeling empowered and respected.
